This is Fruitycake The Raccoon. Even though I was born in this Florida place, apparently, I still have a lot to learn about it. Brickle says that no matter where you are from, even if you have lived there your whole life, you’ll never know everything about it.

I learned yesterday that there are big and hairy creatures in the woods here. And even though some of them are as big as a person, they can’t go to the movies like a person. They can’t drive a car like a person. And they can’t sleep in a bed like a person.
Yes. Bears. They live in this Florida place. Some may not know this. Some may just think of alligators. But there is plenty of room for all of the creatures. And I’m not scared. Are you?

When I lived on the streets, I noticed everything. I had to protect myself. Till this day, I still get very nervous when others walk behind me. I don’t like it. I don’t know how to shake this feeling yet.
But when we saw bear prints on the trail yesterday, instead of being scared, I admired it. It was kind of like my dog paw but different.

We are all kind of like each other. But different. So why are most persons scared of other persons or animals they are unfamiliar with? I just don’t understand.

Bears have a right to be on the trail just as much as we do. And we are the ones who keep getting closer and closer to their homes. Instead of being scared about them, shouldn’t we respect them?
Bear prints remind me that there are many who walk the earth we live on. And we are all on the same path of just wanting to be happy. So bears? I appreciate you. I am more scared of persons with bad intentions than a bear with only bear intentions.

Notice your footprint and remember that there are others who walk on your path. Make room for everyone.
