This is Peanut Butter Brickle. I’ve worked many days in my life. Some days I’ve had to take many pictures.

Some days I’ve had to sit and listen to the persons talk a lot about things that they think they know a lot about.
Persons say that if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life. And I beg to differ. Work is work. Even if you love it. Yes. It’s good for you. And it’s easier to do when you like what you’re supposed to do. But it’s work. Just like eating a biscuit.

I tried to explain this to Fruitycake yesterday. We had a day of work ahead. I knew it was work because we got our special collars on. Fruitycake was very proud about it all. We know when we look good.
We drove a bit to a place where there was a bunch of houses on wheels like our RV. And there was a bunch of people deciding on what they wanted to buy.

Or maybe they were just looking. Either way, it was a sight to see. We took videos and pictures. And we listened to all the people buttering other people’s biscuits.
I like biscuits. I sure do. But they are better with butter. A biscuit is a biscuit.
Work is work. But like I taught Fruitycake yesterday, it can be fun if you like it. And it feels so good when you feel good about your work. He really felt accomplished. He buttered his biscuit.

If you work, do you try to make it fun? That’s good. But do you also take breaks from it? You can’t swallow a whole biscuit and you shouldn’t.
So space out your work to enjoy it. And pass the butter.
Fruitycake has a lot to learn about how we afford biscuits in the first place.
But he is catching on. And I’m so glad he is my assistant baker.
