This is Fruitycake The Raccoon. Yesterday was quite a day. I had a lot to say. And as much as I tried to keep it all peaceful, I still could not help myself.
At first, I kept my barks to myself around the campground. Even though I heard dogs barking at me from inside their RVs. But then, but then, a little dog not on a leash decided she wanted to take a bite out of crime. That being me.
Yes. I was mad about it. And just as I had suspected all along since we started this camping thing, I need to protect my territory.

Girl Person said I couldn’t let all these weeks of working on my grumble go to waste. She told me these things would happen. But that I still could not use that as an excuse to say and bark whatever I want.
I wondered about this. I’ve been around people a lot more since I was adopted. And I hear them talk about each other in not such nice ways. And they think because no one else can hear it that it doesn’t count. Well, if when I mumble my grumble it counts and I still get told no, then all the persons should learn the same.

When you mumble your grumble, Girl Person says it still counts even if the other individual doesn’t hear it. You’ve still put negativity out there. You’ve still affected how you feel. No one can be mean to someone else without a result. Which is always negative. No one can be kind to someone else without a result. Which is always positive. Even if only for you.
We all have a lot to learn. I sure do. One minute I think I can hold my barks in and the next minute I forget. We won’t always be perfect except Brickle.

But we can control our mumble and grumble.

The first dog showcased by the Live Like Digby Adoption Fund is going to steal your heart! Zeus is an 8 year old Terrier Mix. He came to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay as an owner surrender because they were having a baby and didn’t feel like they could continue to give him the attention that he deserved.

He does not really like other animals so we do not recommend a home with other pets. Other than that, he is pretty aloof and stoic…just needs the perfect home.
All of Zeus’ adoption fees are paid by the Live Like Digby Adoption Fund made possible by 4-Legger and your donations. Let’s find Zeus a home in honor of Digby! Interested? Contact The Humane Society Of Tampa Bay in Tampa, Florida.
You can make a donation to this fund where all donations are matched at https://hstb.givecloud.co/product/LiveLikeDigbyDonation/live-like-digby-

Ohhhh, Fruitycake I know exactly what you mean! Sometimes, It’s really hard just to “bite your tongue,” isn’t it?
Good morning Brickle and Fruitycake, yes try to stay positive sometimes its hard but it is the better way
My mom used to say if you can’t say something nice it’s better not to day anything at all. Have a good day hope the doggies you see today are nice.
