This is Peanut Butter Brickle. I see you. I see you right there. Reading this blog. And I appreciate you. I appreciate the time you spend here every day. I just want to say that.

Doesn’t it feel wonderful to be noticed?
There is so much going on in everyone’s lives. The world we live in doesn’t help us to stop and see the real world. People and individuals around us become so blurred, if not invisible.
Because you know, we have to get to all of these places really fast.
We have to do that important thing. We have to hurry.

But why is it so hard to see others? In my years, I’m realizing sometimes it is because we have our own problems. And if we see someone else’s problems, we are afraid we may have to help or do something about it. But I can tell you this. You don’t have to fix the problems or individuals you see. It’s ok to do even one thing for them. It’s ok to notice them.

Yesterday, Girl Person was having a rough day. And she really couldn’t pull herself out of her mood. It was worse than mine.

So she started cleaning out stuff and realized that there were toys we weren’t using. And we also had some dog treats. That I wished she had not remembered.

And she remembered that dog down the road here on the front porch of a house. And she decided to take the doggo some food and toys. Of course she asked the man person outside and he said sure. I’m not sure who it helped more. The dog named Bo or Girl Person.

No, it didn’t cost a lot of money to do that. Just a resolve to notice someone needed their day brightened a bit in this world that hurts and gives us all struggles every day.
Who can you notice today? Remember that all of us live on this same earth. We don’t have the same problems because we all grew up different. Help someone or something by just noticing them. They may never have had that happen in their life!!

I notice you. Do you notice me? If so, pass that on and notice someone special…that’s everyone…today.
