This is Peanut Butter Brickle. Oh, my persons. They go round and round with decision making. They try to do their best when it comes to that money stuff. But sometimes, they cause themselves stress and more stress by overthinking.
And we have spent the last week trying to find a car with little paper money stuff to realize that it is probably the best decision not to find a car. And we did a great job at not finding a car. Even though they look good doesn’t mean they sound good. Poor cars.
Because every car we do look at either has no air conditioning, may not make it to that New York place, or it is a car that passed away a long time ago that someone tried to put back together.
I don’t drive, but if I did, that would be the least of our problems. So one step forward deciding to get a rental car and that means no car of our own.
Girl Person says that we just can’t take a chance on breaking down or the air not working. And we also just can’t take any more stress. Fruitycake definitely can’t.
We thought we had made a decision. But we really had to backtrack. We had to take a step back in order to go forward. With no car. But that’s ok. None of us have all of the answers. Not even me.
And definitely not my persons.
This has just been one more obstacle in the way to that Italy place. And I guess one day we will look back on this time and laugh? Can dogs laugh? I will try. From my air conditioned car that won’t break down. That isn’t ours. And that’s ok.

Rental car is your best bet. 2 yrs ago had rental car for 2mo months and is was a Nissan versa nice car but smaller than my Kia Sorrento but John had to take my Sorrento to GA for work and I got the little car in Florida, but it got me to work and Publix and Crystal to the vet so that is all I needed. It took 2months for my husband’s truck to get fixed it was a warranty issue and replacing the engine so we had to wait.. then we sold our house packed up a uhaul from FL to GA then 2 days later the truck was ready so on a Friday drove the Sorrento to Bartow Florida to pick up the Ram truck, drove back to Jacksonville to spend the night Crystal the beagle was over riding in the car and it was dinner time. The next day we drove back to GA with our 2 vehicles, then the Sorrento decided to act up, headlights wouldn’t work went to one dealer there they said it would take awhile for the part and told me to go on Amazon and order it my self and install it… well taking the chance of driving with no headlights was over it, the Kia was coming up 10yrs old so time for retirement. Got my new jeep and Crystal loves it too. Ps 2014 Ram still running ok so knock on wood…. so as I am done rambling cars get sick too and you sure don’t want to break down… Rental cars are reliable and able to get you where you need to be. But they are costly 🙃😥
