Catch Me I’m Falling

This is Peanut Butter Brickle.  Girl Person is what you might call tired. Where are we again? Oh yes. This California place.

Girl Person is what you might call uncoordinated.

Girl Person is what you might call preoccupied.

And when you combine all of the above with a slippery pair of socks and RV stairs…well, it’s a combination of disaster.

We are used to Girl Person falling down a mountain trail holding our leashes as we chase whatever it is we are chasing.  We are used to Girl Person tripping over branches.  Jumping at sticks she thinks are snakes.

But we aren’t used to stairs in an RV.  And well, she forgot about them.  Until they reminded her that they were there.

Have you ever fallen in love?

Have you ever fallen out of love?

That can happen.

And accidents can happen too. So when the unexpected things in life get you down, who will be there to catch you?  Anyone?  Who can you count on?  Sometimes, we can only count on ourselves.

Some might think counting on ourselves isn’t enough.  But it has to be.  We cannot rely on others to catch us when we fall.  We have to have a plan.  We have to have patience with ourselves as we pick ourselves back up.

Because you see, no one can truly save us but ourselves sometimes.

Have you ever had to count on yourself?  Are you stronger than what you thought? I bet you were.  And I bet you are.  Don’t beat yourself up if you fall down some stairs like Girl Person.

When you can get back up, you will have certainly learned from the experience.  And you will have certainly learned how amazing you can be.

We are here in this Temecula, California place for two weeks as we rest up and plan our next steps… And what were we filming last week with Camping World?

We can’t tell you…yet.
