This is Peanut Butter Brickle. I always have to wonder. What do people mean when they say they like nature?
What do they mean when they say that they like to do outdoor stuff?
You may have a favorite hobby like hiking or walking your dog.
Maybe you like swimming or climbing mountains.
And while those things are done outside, why do people think that just because they go inside of a house that they aren’t a part of nature? Why do they think they are somehow in another world when they go thru a door?
It never ceases to amaze me how persons want everything to be about them. But have they ever wondered or thought about the fact that we are all part of nature. We can’t get away from it. It’s our home. It’s where we live and breathe. Don’t they know they are a part of nature?
Being in nature means you are alive.
Take notice of the birds.
Take notice of the ants.
Take notice of where you are.
Because when you realize that, you’ll realize you have to take care of nature. Respect it. If nature is our home and we are allowed to be there by all the many things around us, be grateful.
Saying you like nature is great. But say you’re a part of nature.
We aren’t separate. We are all part of each other. We all affect each other.
