This is Peanut Butter Brickle. We all have to survive, don’t we? Some days that means we have to have extra sleep. Some days that means we have to call in sick.

Some days we have to work more to pay for food. Surviving can mean small things or big things. And depending on the day, we may handle those things differently.
My Girl Person has very hard days. So does my Boy Person. They battle that Depression Monster. And more than ever, every thing they do is about survival of their happy. Their choices on where we travel to, our daily activities, our work and even where we buy groceries is about survival.
Are we in the real world? Some may think that you just do what you have to do. And while that is true, sometimes survival depends on singing your own song in your own world. Even if others don’t understand.
Even if you control what comes in to your world. Even if you feel too old to have fun. Or even if you don’t feel worthy to have the world you try to create. Because you are worthy.

Some days you may need to dream. And dream of what you want to do, where you want to be. What do you like about that place? How does it make you feel?
If we just go thru motions and ignore things we don’t like, you won’t change. You won’t know what world can be out there for you. Do what you need to do in order to survive. Whether it’s camping. Or painting. Or singing. Or…acting. Having fun.
You are you. Make the world you want. You are the only one who has to live in it. Make it perfect.
