This is Fruitycake. I don’t know what is worse. Having no pizza or having no pizza for two days. Ok. Having no pizza for two days.
I surely need Girl Person to go to the store today. We are still waiting on our electric bike to get here so apparently, someone is riding it over here. It’s going to be a long day.
But I think long days are good. Don’t you want more time like me to enjoy life? There should be nothing and no one that should stop you from having a good day. I am reminding Girl Person of that today. Yep. It’s one of those days I’m going overtime here at work.
Surely the insecurities Girl Person has lately are hard. She’s doing a good job I think of trying to improve on many things. But the heat has been hard and her foot is acting up again and she is missing Brickle.
All of these things compound and then, one person or a few said some harsh words to her again, and her insecurities and negative thinking pushed her over the edge of the mountain path. Literally, she fell down the edge because her heart hurt and she wasn’t paying attention to anything but the insecurities she has.
In my opinion, and it’s a fruity one today, so be prepared. No one should ever make anyone feel insecure.
We all do a good enough job of that in our minds. Instead of belittling anyone, a person or an animal, just stop. Instead of being mean or harsh or demeaning, just stop. Instead of pretending to be nice but being mean in truth, just stop. Basta, they say in Italy. Enough.
Surely, life is made of ups and downs. Life is made of moments we think we can conquer the world and times we can’t move. Be a reason to help someone move forward with confidence.

Fruity, I’m so glad you are there with Girl Person to help her get through the ugliness of some people. I know that your area of Italy is still hot; I’ve been praying that it cools down over there both for you guys and the tennis at Wimbledon (I think they should have dogs retrieved the balls). Anyway, yesterday my neighbor helped me with a couple of things because I have a strained back muscle. I thank God for her everyday. Praying that it cools down there. It’s hard to concentrate when it’s hot. I’m sorry I can’t help you guys financially, but your in my heart.
