This is Peanut Butter Brickle. I’ve been many places. I’ve traveled so many miles that it’s impossible for me to know that distance.
But the last week, I’ve traveled even up in the sky. And although I’ve been missing Digby every step of the way, I’m grateful to have Fruitycake by my side.
We have been so focused on surviving and getting here that it’s been hard to take it all in. But yesterday, we finally arrived at a place to rest for the next month until we head to that Italy place. And I can only describe it as magical.
The magical place.
We rented a car to get us here from that London place. It took us a few hours. But we got to stop along the way. And get some frites.
And some pasties.
And Boy Person did an excellent job of driving on the other side of the road. He always amazes me with his skills. And it takes a lot to impress me.
We took a walk in a park.
And then we got to our little place to stay at. We didn’t know what to expect. But sometimes, I think that’s the best. When you don’t have expectations, the surprise of wonderfullness feels even better.
I can only describe this as a magical place. A place with my own little yard.
A place with my own bench.
And Fruitycake has a table. The persons have peace. And beauty. And magic is all around.
The magical place. I could not have ever imagined I would be here. But the last week has taught me that a dream may seem impossible.
A dream may seem to hard to attain. But the biggest battle is in your own mind. Your own doubts. If I can find myself in this magical place, I know you can too. I believe in you. I believe in your magic place.
Now. Sit back. Relax. I hope you’ll enjoy this place with me. I worked hard to get here.
And it’s time to rest for the month before heading to that Italy place.
