This is Sheriff Peanut Butter Brickle.  I am reporting to you today from…New York! I had to think a moment of where we are at.  New York is #15 on our Adventure Of A Lifetime.  Can you believe it?!  These last few months have gone by so fast, and it makes my head spin.  Almost as much as when I look in the mirror and I can’t believe how handsome I am.  You get the point.  If you don’t, well, you.  Are.  Arrested.

You may be wondering…Sheriff? Why did you make a stop earlier in your trip to Central Park when you were in New Jersey?  Well, I feel like arresting you for that question, but we were asked to go to the city by the folks at the BarkBox place and so we did. We taped a video there and it was kinda fun.  You can catch it here if you missed it in June. When we were in New Jersey, it was the closest that we would be to the city.  You know me.  I always think ahead.  This week, we are in a place called the Finger Lakes in New York, which is super far from the city, and I can’t lie.  I am glad about that.  NO more city for me, Digby Pancake or Girl Person.  Too much stink for Digby to roll in and too many people for me to arrest.  It is overwhelming.

Why are we in the Finger Lakes and by the way, odd, odd, odd.  I swear, if I see floating fingers in the lakes here, I will not be happy.  I don’t feel like writing a million arrest reports this week.  And the persons will be busy tasting wine.  Wineries here?  Uh yeah, why do you think we came to this part of New York?

Needless to say, we are so ready for our week in New York! On Wednesday, we will be visiting a rescue in Freeville, New York and we cannot wait! We have a lot of exploring to do, but as our fans know, when we arrive in a new state, the first day is a day for laundry.  Groceries.  Resting.  And arresting.  That is the day I have planned.  So New York?  Get ready!  2 Traveling Dogs has arrived!
