This is Fruitycake. You know, I find it a bit overwhelming that the blog is all mine. Seems to me I may need to think about getting some help here pretty soon. What do you think?
Tomorrow is a big day for my persons. For months, they have been studying Italian with a very nice teacher. I like her a lot. She lets me come to class and learn too.
I feel very fortunate about this. And I also am glad that I automatically will pass the test tomorrow. Dogs always get extra credit.
But my persons are not that fortunate. They have had to study very hard. It hasn’t been easy for them to work on Brickle’s house and to try and survive in a new country while learning a new language at the same time.
They say that this test is very important. It gives them a way to stay in this Italy place. And not have to leave and come back. But more on that later in the week. Now. They. Must. Study.
You cannot rest when there is a test in your life. Not if it is important to you. Even if you think you know what the test is, and you think you have all the knowledge, the fact is that none of us ever know everything about anything.
Never think you are so important that you shouldn’t learn more about something or even someone. Even. Yourself.
My persons don’t know if they will pass. But they will try their best. No rest. There’s a test. All. Paws. Crossed.
Unfortunately, since I automatically pass the test, I can’t come tomorrow. I will have four whole hours by myself. And the persons I think are more nervous about that. They really are. But I’ll be ok. A new toy and some blankies may help lessen my pain though…
