This is Fruitycake. Boy Person has officially given me a microphone, and I don’t think he has fully considered the consequences. I have opinions about pizza, important things to say about dogs, and apparently an entire podcast to say them on!
FRUITYCAKE’S PAWCAST IS OFFICIALLY LIVE! 🎙️🐾❤️
A brand-new podcast FOR DOGS, BY A DOG! And Boy Person is the one making it happen! He’s working behind the scenes recording, producing and putting everything together so that my voice can reach dogs and their persons everywhere. I believe this makes him my personal sound engineer. I will be discussing his salary in pizza crusts.
Every weekday morning, I’ll have a brand-new episode filled with encouragement for dogs, conversations with interesting individuals, questions from my Barkers, a little education, and probably several subjects Girl Person wishes I wouldn’t discuss publicly.
But here’s why we’re really doing this.
We want every shelter dog to have something to look forward to each morning. Our dream is for animal shelters across the country, and eventually around the world, to play Fruitycake’s Pawcast every weekday. Maybe a dog who has been overlooked will hear a friendly voice. Maybe a person listening will understand their own dog a little better. And maybe someone who has never considered adopting will realize that rescue dogs have personalities, stories and so much love to give.
This podcast is part of our growing This Is…Me rescue project, where we’re helping real rescue dogs be seen, believed and rescued. We’ve spent 15 years working to Make Rescues The Breed Of Choice, and we’re not finished yet!
Best of all, my podcast is completely FREE! We want every dog, every shelter and every person to be able to listen.
Would you please follow my new podcast and share it with your favorite animal shelter? Every listener helps us reach more dogs!

🐾 TODAY IS THE LAST DAY FOR FREE SHIPPING ON OUR 2027 CALENDARS!
Girl Person has informed me that calendars are very important because persons need to know what day it is. I personally identify days by breakfast, dinner and whether Boy Person is opening the refrigerator.
Both of our new calendars celebrate our final chapter in Italy, and every purchase helps support our rescue projects and the work we’re doing.

FREE SHIPPING ENDS TODAY! These are our last Italy calendars, and we’d love for you to have one.
Thank you for listening, believing in us, and helping us find new ways to make a difference. Boy Person may be doing all the technical work, but I would like it officially recognized that I am the talent.

Love,
Fruitycake, Girl Person and Boy Person ❤️🐾
P.S. We haven’t received any donations all weekend, and Girl Person and Boy Person are worried about how we can continue. The podcast is free because we want it to reach every dog possible, but producing it, maintaining our website, helping rescue dogs through This Is…Me, and covering our everyday necessities all cost money. We truly cannot continue these projects without support. If you believe in what we’re trying to accomplish, even a small contribution today would mean so much.
