This is Girl Person. I’ve tried to post numerous times today and keep getting sick episodes. BUT I want you all to know I am grateful that I had the surgery. Yes. It’s been so much harder than I anticipated. But it had to be done. And although I miss Boy Person and Fruitycake, I also know we will be together. Whether that is another 3 or 5 weeks i don’t know yet until tomorrow when I see the doctor again. Until then, here’s a picture I hesitated to post.

The reason I’m sharing is because I want you to see I’m trying to remain positive and I will continue to try and smile. I did one lap around the yard. And that to me is a victory lap. Love you all.
