This is Fruitycake. You could say that we followed our hearts when we moved to this Italy place. My persons also followed their hearts when they started traveling years ago.  And they definitely followed their hearts when they saw my picture online at the shelter. 

Following your heart can be a very good idea. But do you know what’s truly in your heart and what you want? Are you listening to your heart or the opinions of others? You have to take an honest look at! You have to ask yourself the important questions. Like do I really like prosciutto or extra cheese on my pizza? I can’t listen to others to decide that for me.  And you can’t listen to others when it comes to your heart  either. It’s time for today’s affirmation! Say it with me! 

I will listen to my own heart to guide me and not the opinions of others. It matters what I want.  It matters what I need.  My heart matters and I matter.  I will let my heart guide me by hearing its beat. And that will lead me exactly where I need to go.  

Your heart wants you to guide it today! I believe in you! I love you!
