This is Fruitycake. I enjoy watching the persons learn new things in this Italy place. They are learning a language.
They are learning all about the land.
They are learning how to help wildlife.
And they are learning what their purpose is here.
They know that their purpose has always been to get persons to take care of, and help animals.
They know that persons need a bright spot in their days. And we hope we do that in yours.
But one thing that they constantly say around here is “I may be wrong.” That could be about a word in Italian or a plant or a mushroom that they think they know what it is. But maybe they don’t.
But now, it goes beyond that. And I’m so happy I get to continue Brickle and Digby’s purpose.
Because we find that the more we see of the earth, the less we know for sure. And that doesn’t have to be a bad thing. It makes you wonder if what you think you have always known may not be true.
Maybe others have a different opinion and we have never thought about it. But when you see and learn more, you don’t become smarter. You become more open to possibilities.
Possibilities. Oh, they are endless here. But it can be overwhelming at times. At those times, we have to take a step back and look around. We have to look within ourselves for strength. And yes, like now, we may ask from strength from you.
We may be in this Italy place and you may be somewhere else. But we can all grow together. And we can find out together why we found each other!

Dear Fruity, hope your Friday there in Italy will be good. You guys are my bright spot in my world. You help me look at things from a different angle. Like I know that after the rain the sun will come out, just not here in Olympia, Washington. I thankfully have one of those lights than shine like sunshine. Now, I watch the rain and am happy that Formula One racing is back on this weekend from, Italy! Monza, Italy to be exact! Hope you guys have a great weekend, I know I will, because it’s supposed to rain, but I don’t care! My DVR will be filled with racing!
