This is Fruitycake. There’s mud in this world. Oh, a lot of mud.
I think all the mud somehow ended up here on the path to our house. For us to slip in. We have been doing a lot of that this week so far.
When it rains, it doesn’t always pour. Here, it seems to steadily rain.
Giving us just enough to deal with that we can handle at a time. Are we handling it the best we can? Nope.
It’s overwhelming for some reason this week.
And that’s just the way life is sometimes. Life is a slippery slope. You may feel you have a grip one day. And the next you slip again.
Did you know it’s ok to slip? After all, you’re only human. That’s what they say. But dogs slip too. Remember my accident a couple weeks ago? See. Dogs aren’t perfect either.
So if you’re frustrated with progress you’re trying to make right now and feel like you’ve slipped, I’m telling you it’s ok.
And if Fruity says it, you might as well take it as gold.
Or take it as pizza. I like that better.
