This is Fruitycake. Have you ever been so tired that you think you are too tired to even make it to bed? Yeah. That’s how tired we are.

The last two days we have walked almost 20 miles. But we are thankful. So thankful. Because many kind people, including you, have helped us get to the point we are at today.

We are headed to the police station today.

We are headed there with our teacher who has helped us really more than anyone. She is a friend. A true friend. And she always will be. No matter what happens today. Because friends aren’t friends based on conditions.

We thought that we would be on a boat in the UK. And although it seemed fun, it was also hard with that money stuff and hard to leave Brickle and his house. We thought we had no choice. That was really bothering us most of all. Most of all. And somehow…some way…we may get to stay here. Above all odds.

We will let you know what happens today. And I do realize, even as a dog, that many things have been back and forth. Many things have changed. And we are sorry for that. But living life and sharing it as it happens in real time, that’s going to happen.

It’s pouring rain today. This is going to be very, very hard. But we are used to that, aren’t we? Now for the police station. Here we go. Bad vibes? You. Are. Arrested. Wow. It feels good to say that. Thanks, Sheriff Brickle.
