This is Deputy Digby Pancake.  Welcome to Minnesota! First things first.  Where. Are. My. Pancakes?  It is dern cold here, and a fellow has to prepare for the winter. I need to pack on a few pounds so that I can hibernate like a bear or whatever. Now, the people that live here may not feel cold. Well, you can take a boy out of Florida, but you can’t take Florida out of the boy.  Somebody buy Boy Person some real shoes by the way and tell him that he cannot pretend we are in warm weather still.

I heard that there is a man here named Paul Bunyan with a big blue ox.  I aim to meet him. I feel like we are related or something because as a lumberjack, I can only imagine that pancakes are his fare of choice.  Big, big stacks of pancakes that he shares with his ox so that he can get energy to be a lumberjack.  I also would think that he would know where the best syrup is for his giant stack of pancakes.  Please, please, where is this man in Minnesota?

I cannot believe that we are on our #21 state on our Adventure Of A Lifetime.  What I CAN tell you is that I believe that there is a Paul Bunyan here and I am going to find him. Because I think he will have a giant pancake.  And his ox?  Well, let’s see if Sheriff Brickle can arrest him.
