The U.P.

This is Sheriff Peanut Butter Brickle reporting at you from the U.P. of Michigan. In case you missed the blog yesterday, Deputy Digby Pancake explained what the U.P. is, however, he still prefers to pee on command. It’s the Upper Peninsula Digby!!! Get a hold on yourself or hold it.

We are staying at a very remote location and I hear they have pasties. I don’t know what that is, but I will find out! The lakes here are also very pretty and big, just like me. But enough about me. Wait. There is never enough about me. Scratch that. Or scratch my back. Either one.

Yesterday, we had a long drive again to this part of the Michigan place. When we got here, we found out we are pretty much in the middle of nowhere. Girl Person went into a store, and if you spent over $15, you got to spend a Wheel Of Fortune to win a prize. However, there was no wine as a prize, so she didn’t spend the wheel. She didn’t get the point. The great part about traveling is that you never know what you are going to find, or what you are not going to find. As long as I can find peanut butter and or pancakes, we are good. So, where can we get that?

When we got to camp, Girl Person was walking us around. Deputy Digby, still knowing that we were in the U.P., saw a post to pee on with a rake by the post and took aim right as the campground owner was walking out. He told Digby not to pee on the post and so Digby peed on the rake. U.P.

We have plenty more to see in this Michigan place this week. But our hearts and thoughts are going back to our home of that Florida place. A lot of our friends and family have a hurricane to deal with, and unfortunately, I am not there to arrest it as that is no longer my jurisdiction. We hope that everyone there remains safe!! If I could fit you all in the Big Blue Treat Wagon to keep you safe I would, however, I doubt that this would be a very safe place to be. As well, we seem to be carrying rain and bad weather with us wherever we go. So. Nevermind. I better just stick to the Michigan place this weekend until we leave for Wisconsin on Monday.

Have a great weekend everyone!! And thanks Michigan for a great stay! Don’t forget to look for our article and video on Sunday about the sweet persons and animals at Cherryland Humane Society in Traverse City.
