The Box

This is Fruitycake. Living in this Italy place is difficult for the persons. Although they are trying to learn the language, they might as well be living on another planet somewhere.

Because the ones on that planet wouldn’t understand them either and the persons wouldn’t understand them. It would be just like now. Except that it would be another planet.

What I’m trying to say is that each day is an adventure. Courage to be wrong is hard to put into practice. But you don’t have a choice. Because the persons say stuff wrong. Every day.

Last night, the persons had pizza. And when it was time to go, Girl Person saved me some of hers. She needed to ask for a box. But somehow she asked to be put in a box. Not appropriate probably. But she felt like crawling in one.

I don’t know when the persons are going to get their Italian language test results back, but I hope that wasn’t something she had to say. But even if it was, and she got it wrong, I can still give her an A for trying. I think trying goes a long way.

Even if you are incorrect, when someone sees that you are trying, they will hopefully appreciate that and not put you in a box. Unless it’s a box of pizza. I can go for that.

Have courage to be wrong. No one right all the time except Brickle. And no one can live up to that.

So go outside the box. Be someone who can admit to being wrong. And see how much you can improve and show others it’s ok to learn.
