My Boy

This is Fruitycake. We woke up to messages about an earthquake in this Italy place. We are ok. Don’t worry.

But as the persons were drinking their espresso juice this morning, that’s what I call it, because it gives them energy, Girl Person said that she needed to take a hike on our path.

She said she needed to get going. She said, “I have to walk my boy.” And when I heard that, I knew it was me. I’m her boy.

The persons found it quite cute that when I heard that, I jumped up for my walk. But I know I’m her boy.

Since Brickle passed away, I’ve tried to step in to help her with the Depression Monster. Even though some days, I am sad too.

So when I go to school with them three days a week, I do all I can to encourage them. I do all I can to be a good boy. I do all I can to listen and learn the language too. Because I want them to have a good time.

But the truth is, I’ve learned much faster than they have already. They know that. They said if I know what they are saying when they say “my boy”, imagine all of what I understand.

I think persons really try to ignore signs that let them know animals have feelings and thoughts like they do. They may think we don’t understand because we don’t communicate the same. But we understand more than you know.

“My boy”. What a way to start off the day. It might be the best words I hear all day. Tell your dog something they need to hear today. Tell a person something they need to hear today.

We had so many ask us yesterday if they can still purchase a stone tile for Brickle’s (and Digby’s) Memorial and Celebrattion of Life Garden. Yes. Absolutely. We have plenty of room. Thank you for your love and support. Get yours this week (entended) here at https://tinyurl.com/GardenTilehttps://tinyurl.com/GardenTile
