Bye Wyoming and Welcome To Colorado!

This is Deputy Digby Pancake.  Let me be the first to welcome you to Colorado! And good news first.  Wait, I only have good news.  Sunshiney is here!  Yay!!

Wow, were we cold in that Wyoming place last week! Wind and rain and wind and rain!  But we still got to see some beautiful places, (almost as beautiful as Sheriff Brickle, (I was paid in pancakes to say this) and we got to meet some beautiful people.  If you missed our visit with Kindness Ranch, you really should read about them. One of their rescues are pictured below.  As Deputy, it is part of my job to give you reminders.  Like the need for more pancakes in your life.

Girl Person made us a Wyoming treat, something that they make in the Hot Springs of Thermopolis which we visited….and Brickle greatly approved.  Wyoming Peanut Butter Burgers for dogs? Yeah, I said it.

Anyway!  Sometimes it is easy to feel a bit alone in this Big Blue Treat Wagon. You would think that it would not be since we are all pretty much sitting on top of each other in here.  But now we are more than half-way through this trip.  Colorado marks #25 on our 48 state tour.  And it’s been a long time since we have seen our family and friends.  Good news is that Girl Person and Boy Person’s friends live here in this state and we will get to see them  They are excited about it! My only question is do they like dogs and do they like pancakes. I have been told the answer is yes. Brickle’s only question was if they had mirrors.

So we are ready for a great week in this Colorado place! We are first headed to an area today called Manitou Springs where we will be visiting a rescue on Wednesday! They are a special kind of rescue and you are going to love them. As usual, our rescue pick’s adoptables will be featured on our Facebook page all week.

Then, later in the week we will be headed to the Rocky Mountains as long as the weather cooperates.  So…are you ready for our #25 state??  Let’s see Colorado!
