This is Peanut Butter Brickle. Have you ever felt like you couldn’t move? Like you were stuck? Yeah. We have felt like that!!
You would think because we travel all of the time that we couldn’t feel stuck. But sometimes, you can feel stuck more than just in a physical way. Sometimes, many times, it’s your own thoughts that leave you in the same place.
You may be used to thinking one way. And maybe you’ve thought that way all of your life. It’s easy to not change our thinking isn’t it? It’s easier to not move when we feel low.
But when we realize that often, doing what we aren’t 100% ready to do may be just what we need to do, maybe we can talk ourself into doing it instead of not doing it.Who are you stuck with for the rest of your life? Who do you have to answer to? You!
Certain patterns of behavior or thinking could have helped us in the past. But they may not be working now.
Change the formula to get a different result.Once you do that, nothing can stop you.
We may need to look to others for inspiration sometimes to get moving.
But only you can go forward. Only you can move those feet.
Only you can move those negative thoughts out of your way!
