Circles And Squares

This is Fruitycake The Raccoon. I’m already working way too hard this week. The persons are busy shuffling papers and turning them in.

Brickle is busy being Brickle.

And I’m just sitting back and watching all of the action. And just like the persons, I’m going around in circles. Yet, I seem to be accomplishing much more.

I asked Brickle today why persons have so many papers. And why they have to check off squares. And boxes.

He said that paperwork is because some people aren’t honest and everything has to be checked. He said there has to be procedures and papers because you never know who is trying to fool you. You never know if someone is who they say they are. And I told him that I can’t fill out paperwork.

But when I go in circles, at least I sit down and I’m comfortable where I’m at.

The persons went yesterday to ask to study in that Italy place for a year and live in the little house that we bought.

Well, they missed some papers and now they have to mail more papers. They aren’t sad or upset. But it’s just more work.

I suppose that life isn’t as simple as I once thought. Or maybe it is.

And maybe the secret is to enjoy whatever process you are in. Enjoy the journey. Enjoy looking forward to something.

If the circle gets too tiring, stop and rest. And remember why you are in that circle in the first place.
