This is Peanut Butter Brickle. Oh, a glass half full. Oh, a dog bowl half full. Or half empty? Don’t ask Digby.
We went to a farm yesterday.
A farm where they help animals like goats and cows and pigs and more.
And let me tell you. There is always more to help. So why keep trying?
I suppose Celestial Farms views their farm as half full.
Even though so many more animals need help, they fill up their bowl as much as they can.
And they don’t get overwhelmed. Because if they did that they wouldn’t be able to do what they do. And they do so much. I felt tired just watching them.
It is easy to feel overwhelmed and down. It’s easy to think the small things and the small lives don’t make a difference.
But oh, they do. You do. What you do matters.
We may not always be able to help everyone. But everyone has a bowl. Fill yours up.
