Yoghurt Basil Turkey Meatloaf For Dogs

Oh, it’s true. Peanut Butter Brickle has expensive tastes. He may think the main dish of his dinner party is fit for a dog of his distinction, but little does he know how easy it is to prepare. Simple, rich in flavor and so moist, this meatloaf will have your dog begging for more. You can bake it in a regular loaf pan, but we like to bake in a muffin tin to allow for controlled portion size. For the persons, you can indulge as well, but like us, you may prefer to bake your meatloaf with a bit of salt to taste. Enjoy your meatloaf Peanut Butter Brickle. Yoghurt Turkey Basil Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 medium, chopped, red bell pepper
1 egg
2 teaspoons turmeric powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped, fresh basil

Directions

Heat olive oil in pan with chopped, red bell pepper. Saute over medium heat for 4 minutes.
Combine the turkey, yoghurt, egg, turmeric powder, red bell pepper and basil in a bowl. Mix well.

Spray a muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon turkey mixture into muffin cups.

Bake in preheated, 350 degree oven for about 50 minutes, or until meatloaf registers 170 degrees on a meat thermometer. Let sit at room temperature until completely cool for the pups. Persons may eat warm of course!

Makes 12 muffin meatloaves
