This Is…Me. My Name Is Creed!
Hello, New York! Are you ready to rock? Because my name is Creed, and I have been rehearsing for the biggest performance of my life. I am two years old, I have a handsome bronze coat, an impressive smile and enough personality to fill an entire concert arena. Unfortunately, my current audience consists mostly of shelter staff, and although they are wonderful, I am hoping to expand my fan club to include a family of my very own.
I love toys, treats, attention and having a really good time. I am a big, energetic goofball who believes life should be an adventure, preferably one with plenty of applause and snacks. I have been told I have the face of a rock star, but I think my best feature is how much happiness I have to share. I don’t need a fancy stage, expensive equipment or a sold-out concert. I just need someone who will laugh at my silly moments, enjoy my enthusiasm and give me a place where I belong. I arrived at Animal Protective Foundation on October 6, 2026, and I am ready for my next big gig. Could it be with you? Bring the treats. I’ll bring the entertainment.

About This Is…Me — Because Every Rescue Dog Deserves To Be Seen, Believed And Rescued
There are thousands of real dogs waiting in shelters across America, each with a personality, a history and a future that has not yet been written. Unfortunately, their stories can get lost among the endless photographs, videos and posts filling social media. With misleading and AI-generated animal rescue content becoming increasingly common, it can be harder for people to know which animals are real and truly need help.
That’s why 2 Traveling Dogs created This Is…Me, a project dedicated to highlighting real rescue animals from real shelters and rescue organizations. Our goal is to help people connect with the individual animal behind the photograph by telling each dog’s story in their own imagined voice, using actual shelter information. We want to make these dogs memorable, shareable and impossible to overlook.
Creed isn’t just another photograph on an adoption website. He is a real dog waiting in New York, with an enormous personality and a chance at a completely different life if the right person sees him.
We feature rescue dogs from across the United States and encourage shelters, rescue organizations, volunteers and animal lovers to submit dogs who deserve more attention. You don’t have to run a shelter to help. You can nominate a dog, share an adoption listing or introduce us to an organization doing important work.
