Red Pepper Cheese Dip For Dogs and People To Share

Fondue was all the rage in the 70’s! Oh, to dip all those veggies into melted cheese! Yum!
Cheese often gets a bad rap for dogs. But in moderation, the right cheese can be a great source of protein as a treat. Make sure and choose cheese lower in lactose, which some dogs and humans are intolerant of. We like to use organic, low fat mozzarella for this recipe, but you could also use goat cheese as well. For the humans only, make sure and add some salt and pepper to your portion after. Get to dipping with no salt added rice crackers and dog friendly veggies like carrots or celery.
One last thing. This recipe does not have to be scaled exact. For larger parties, just remember, 2 cups of cheese to every cup of yogurt for the right consistency.
