Brickle’s Deleware Apple Dumplins

When we visited Delaware, we were surprised at the varied cuisine with influences from early English settlers, the cooking styles of the Chesapeake Bay region and recent immigrant groups that have settled in the area. Fresh peaches and apples are common and very popular in Delaware with many festivals such as the Apple Scrapple Festival! To pay tribute, here is our recipe for Brickle’s Baked Apple Dumplins.
