Working Out

This is Fruitycake The Raccoon. I haven’t been around as long as Brickle. That’s a fact.

So I haven’t seen as many hard times as Brickle. But he tells me about them. Like the breakdowns in the Big Blue Treat Wagon RV.

Like the nights of getting lost. Like the many rescues that made him sad. But that also gave him purpose too.

But Brickle also tells me that we are going thru a hard time right now. It’s not my first one, because I was a stray and I was in a scary shelter place.

But I do see that for our family, it is a hard time. Because Brickle doesn’t feel good. Because we have a little house in another country we can’t get to at the moment.

Because we have to move around a lot still. But in my opinion, it’s not such a hard time. No. I know things are working out.

Working out. It’s what persons do to get healthy and look and feel good.

They don’t do it probably because it’s fun. But they know it’s for a bigger goal. And you have to work at things you want in life. Working out. It’s necessary in life. In many ways.

You can’t just wave a magic wand and make what you want happen. Unless you have Brickle’s good looks.

So a hard time? Maybe for us. But problems are all relative to each one of us, huh? And sometimes the hard times are the ones we look back and on and think that they happened for a bigger picture.

We have a lot to do right now. We have Brickle to get to feeling better.

We are still getting rid of some things holding us back. We still have that paperwork to do that never ends.

So I have a feeling that sooner or later…hopefully sooner…things will work out. Maybe one day I’ll tell stories of this time to someone like Brickle tells me.
