You May Be Wrong But You May Be Right

This is Sheriff Peanut Butter Brickle.  They call me Sheriff for a reason, and I won’t apawolgize for that.  In any way.  Not even at camp.  Not even for a man in white pants who tried to interfere with the law.

Now, Girl Person says that are many things she loves about camping.  The open road, the ability to go wherever you want, fresh air, hiking and nature.  What she doesn’t like about living on the road full time?  Not having a yard for us to run in, not being able to garden, and having to deal with people really close sometimes.  When those people are nice people, like the people we wrote about in our blog earlier in the week, it is sure fun.  But sometimes the people aren’t dog people.  Can  you imagine that? Kinda how I am not a people person. At all.

Now.  I have already told you I will not apawolgize for being the Sheriff.  I will also not apawolgize for being a dog.  Dogs protect things.  We protect our persons.  And we protect our space.  So man next to us in the campground place?  I cannot help this fact.  It may be wrong we barked at you, and Deputy Digby ran up to you and scared you.  But it may be right because that is just what dogs do.  Sorry you cannot understand that. You also were on our property line.  Step back.

Girl Person tried to say she was sorry a million times, but the man just wasn’t having it.  He also wasn’t having a nice day maybe after we scared him.

You may be right
I may be crazy
But it just may be a lunatic you’re looking for
It’s too late to fight
It’s too late to change me
You may be wrong for all I know
But you may be right

I do have to defer to placing some of the blame on my pancake loving Deputy.  You see, when he howls in alarm, I seem to react.  Which makes him howl longer and louder.  And some campground goers may not like this if they are not used to having a heart attack daily.  Also, the camp man with the white car and white camper and white pants may not want to get dirty which may happen if he falls down in the dirt when he gets scared. He definitely won’t get leaves on him since he swept them from the dirt around his white car and white camper in his white pants.  So.  Dogs may be dirty. We may bark.  We may scare men in white pants in white cars and white campers on campsites with swept leaves, but I still won’t apawolgize for being a dirty, Sheriff dog at camp.  I won’t.

Boy Person says that we have to not make problems and be quiet now so that we don’t get kicked out of here.  I say…

You may be wrong for all I know
You may be right
You may be wrong but you may be right
You may be wrong but you may be right
You may be wrong but you may be right
You may be wrong but you may be right
You may be wrong but you may be right
You may be wrong but you may be right
You may be wrong but you may be right
You may be wrong but you may be right
You may be wrong but you may be right
