What Is True
This is Fruitycake.
Monday is a good day. I know that some persons may disagree with me on that. But if you’re going to trust me each day to cheer you up, you’ll also have to trust me on this. Monday is a good day to start fresh. And a reason to get on a better path to being happy. That’s always my wish for you.
I want you to think today about last week. Did you have any situations when you felt less than? Did you look at someone else’s life on social media and think, wow…they have it all together? Did you question your own self worth based on appearances? That’s really all social media is. It never tells a whole story.
That leads me to today’s affirmation! Ready to say it out loud with me?
It doesn’t matter what I see online. The only thing that matters is what is right and what is TRUE. It doesn’t matter what stories I see, or how much people pretend their lives are perfect. Although I sincerely want everyone to be happy, I won’t base my happiness on appearances. I will do what is right and what is true. When my life is complete I will not call to mind the false pictures I see. I will remember how I lived and what I stood for. And what was true.
