This is Fruitycake The Raccoon. It’s been awhile since I’ve used my whole name. So just a reminder, I’m not a real raccoon, I just love trash like a raccoon.
This morning, I got a little olive oil on my snout. Girl Person put it on my nose because my allergies are bad right now, and my nose is dry. Did I like the way it tasted? You bet I did! I also liked the bread Girl Person made to soak it up with.
We got the olive oil yesterday from an older boy person. He takes jars of honey and olive oil to a square in town. In the back of his car, he offers what he and his family make. And my persons could not resist getting some olive oil.
Even though the jar was reused and they didn’t know what it tasted like, they knew it would be good. Because the older boy person was proud and wanted others to enjoy his hard work and the work of his family.
I wag my tail at this idea just like I wag my tail when the persons show me love. You see, when we are truthful and act with love and integrity like this old boy person, we get paid with the same. Just as I wag my tail when the persons put forth effort to love me, they get enjoyment from the wag of my tail.
There isn’t a shortage of love or even resources in our world. There is enough for all.

The olive oil is a reminder that life, in all its many blessings are meant to be enjoyed.
