This is Fruitycake. Well. I hear something in the distance. I hear singing. No. Wait. I hear yodeling. That’s right. Our 2TD family from that Switzerland place came back for a visit.
And they get here this morning!
Sometimes it feels like we are on a deserted island.
Like we are the only ones up here on top of the mountain. Because we are the only ones up here on top of the mountain. Well. I guess not today. And that’s a great feeling.
It’s been kind of hard to get into the groove here in this Italy place.
I know Girl Person tells you things. So it’s not a secret. But she has a Depression Monster.
And even doubts her ability to be around people at all. She always feels like she is doing something wrong. Have you ever felt like that? I have too.
So having persons visit is hard for her. Even though she knows she needs to be around others. Sometimes what we need is not what is easy. But it is good for us.
Just like they tell me that certain foods are needed for me to feel my best, the right and kind persons are needed to feel our best. It’s very important to be selective about who we let in our life and hearts. But we should never be on a deserted island.
When love and kindness motivates us, the results can not be wrong.
Be kind to others by letting them in. Even if you live on a deserted island in that Italy place.
