To Faint Like A Goat

This is Peanut Butter Brickle. You may not know this. But I’m a bit overdramatic. I can’t help it. I’m just intense like that.

But I’m not nearly as dramatic as some friends I met this weekend. I’ve met goats before. But not goats as talented as these goats.

The persons ran out of their wine stuff and so we went to sit outside at another Georgia place winery. Girl Person picked it because they allowed dogs.

And well. They had some fainting goats. Fainting goats. Yes. They really are dramatic.

Apparently, whenever they are startled or shocked about something, they just fall over.

I can only assume that they have their own award show. Best actress. Best supporting actor. Most dramatic role in a film.

Normally, I would be a bit competitive about anyone trying to steal the spotlight. But there is no way I could do what they do.

I know they must have given up a lot to break into show business.

And they even have their own bodyguards at the winery.

From experience, Digby Pancake will tell you that you better not cross the line. You better admire from afar. And no autographs.

Oh, to faint like a goat. Can you imagine? If you were shocked or irritated at something someone said, you could just faint. I would really like to be able to do that. What about you?

Fainting goats may be dramatic. They may be fanciful. And these goats at the Fainting Goat Winery definitely teach you that you can make it big if you just try!

Don’t ever let anyone tell you that your talent isn’t worthy. Don’t ever let anyone tell you what makes you different isn’t good enough.

It is what makes you different that makes you special.

And you’ve got something special, kid.
