People in Cincinnati, Ohio LOVE their chili and are proud of their version. They have over 180 chili parlors, but of course none for the four-legged kind. We made a version that dogs can enjoy too. What makes Cincinnati chili different? The way the meat is cooked. It has a thinner consistency and is prepared with an unusual blend of spices. We have left out the ones not suitable for dogs. Spoon our version over freshly made spaghetti.
