Fish And Sweet Puptato Dinner For Dogs
When our dog Digby had an attack of pancreatitis from eating something unmentionable at camp, we decided to change his diet for a bit. This dinner is easy on the tummy, nutritious and delicious! Feel free to add your own dog friendly veggies.
Ingredients
1 pound Wild Caught White Fish
2 Medium Organic Sweet Potatoes
1 Cup Organic Green Peas
1/4 Cup Organic Nonfat Plain Yogurt or Cottage Cheese
1 Cup Cooked Organic Quinoa
1 tablespoon organic olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice sweet potatoes and raw fish into thin chunks. Put in a bowl and add the peas, quinoa and yogurt and olive oil. Mix well.
Spray nonstick baking pan or casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add mixture and bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving to your dog. Never serve your dog hot food.
