This is Peanut Butter Brickle. With all of the set backs we have had the last few weeks, it gives me great pleasure to actually tell you some good news.
We were on a waiting list for the kennels on the Queen Mary ship to get us to that England place and eventually that Italy place.
But the ship is our first part of the journey. And with a month left to leave, well, we were sure cutting it close.
And we got the call! Our kennels became available! That’s right! Welcome aboard!
The ship leaves from that New York place at the end of May.
That means we have only a few weeks to get rid of or pack up all of our stuff and pack for our trip. This is not going to be easy. We are tired just watching the persons.
And the persons are very nervous about the trip over in general. They worry a lot.
But we have done so much research and talked to the people who have the ship. They are doing their best to make sure we have a safe and comfy trip too.
Now. We still are talking to a lawyer. And it’s not easy to figure all of this out. But one piece of the puzzle has fit together. And now we need the other pieces to fit too.
So. What do you think me and Fruitycake should pack? Pickles? Do you think the ship will have enough pickles for Fruitycake?
What about peanut butter? Will they have enough peanut butter for me? These are important questions.
Things are hectic. And unsure. But when something goes right in life, celebrate it. Celebrate it!

Well, I’d be getting a little nervous about it, too. With the lawyer person still not having things ironed out for you to even go to Italy. What if you just got to England and had to turn around and come back? Or had to try to get permission to stay in England for a while? Maybe the persons could get a job on Diddly Squat Farm? Might not like that, though, because they do raise meat along with all the stuff they plant in the ground.
What does the kennels look like? And do girl person and boy person have access to them at all times? I am a worrier too.
This is great news! I would probably just store the things you’re not taking with you. That way it’s still available when you return, and you won’t have to spend tons of money replacing stuff.
