This is Peanut Butter Brickle. Some things go together. Like peanut butter and jelly.
Some things don’t go together like mayonnaise and tomatoes. Unless you are Girl Person and your favorite sandwich is a tomato and vegan Mayo sandwich.
That made me realize that anything can go together if you like it. Like sand and fruit. Sandy fruit.
You see, Fruitycake has surprised me. With his total dislike of all water, he has found a happy place at the beach! He runs and he explores.
He loves it. He absolutely loves it. And I think part of the reason is because I love it so much.
When my two favorite things in the world…Fruitycake and the sand of the beach are combined together, it is magic.
Magic that makes my heart beat. Magic that makes my feet move. Magic that makes me feel as young as I want to be.
Sandy fruit is it. The magical elixir.
