This is Deputy Digby Pancake. You know what? Sometimes, you have to just talk about something that has nothing to do with anything. Because the anything is depressing. And so today, let’s talk about ice cream. That’s what I picked for today’s blog. Because I like it. Because it’s good. Because it’s cold.
Because it’s a happy, happy thing in life to be licking an ice cream cone.
Since everyone is at home making all kinds of good things to eat, I thought we should each make what would be our perfect flavor of ice cream! You know, if you could make any kind of ice cream with your favorites, what would be in your ice cream? What would you call your special flavor?
It may come as a shock to you that my flavor of ice cream would be called Digby Pancake’s Tall Stack Of Pancakes With Extra Mapley Syrup And Bacon.
Yes. That may be a shock. But it’s true. I love the pancakes. I love the mapley syrup. I love the bacon. Combine all of those ingredients and, freeze and check it out. You have breakfast in your ice cream.
Or an ice cream breakfast. Yes. Its perfect.
Sheriff Peanut Butter Brickle says since he was named after an ice cream anyway, his is a no brainer. His flavor would be ripples of carob (because dogs can’t have chocolate), buttery goodness and toffee all rolled into a frozen delight to match his frozen attitude.
He says its perfection in flavor. Quite delightful like himself.
So the question for today is…what is your ice cream flavor? What would you put in an ice cream only you could create?

My lab Harley absolutely loves ice cream! We live at the beach so nothing is better to help cool him off but a nice trear of ice cream after a long beach walk! We hope you are staying safe! Love from Harley and his mom!
Our two shepherds are ice cream sluts. I use that term freely since it is true. Their favorite flavors are whatever we are having. My spouse is usually strawberry ice cream and mine is a toffee /nut/ crunch of some sort . The shoes are either at our feet or as close as they can possibly get w- out being in our laps. Of course we share……….
