Chipmunks And The Loch Ness Monster

This is Sheriff Peanut Butter Brickle. Some things you can try to explain, but there’s no picture of it. Take for example gravity. Or air. Or radio waves. Or emotions. Or maybe the Loch Ness Monster.

Or. Chipmunks.

I wanted to tell you all about the chipmunks today with many pictures showing them in our campsite, stealing the bird food.

I wanted to show you how they take nuts out of the bird food. I wanted to show you how they play and let you listen to the noises they make. Well. You get my point.

But when you are a chipmunk and living your best life as a chipmunk, you can’t stop, and you won’t stop for a picture.

I know how the chipmunks feel. Most of the time, I don’t mind my picture being taken because everyone should be able to see this handsome and all that.

But other times, I think we miss out. Things and time fly by us just like the chipmunks.

And even if I had a blurry picture of the chipmunks, I wouldn’t be able to recreate my feelings if I would have just enjoyed them at the moment.

I would like to think that no one has ever got a good picture of the Loch Ness Monster because they decided to enjoy his company.

Do you have regrets about things or people or places you wish that you would have enjoyed in the moment?

Learn that we don’t have to preserve special moments by pictures. Think about the most memorable times in your life. You may not have a real picture to hold. But you hold it in your heart.

Enjoy them at the time and take them for what they are like the little chipmunks.

They have life figured out. All of nature and animals do. We just have to put down our phones and listen.
