This is Deputy Digby Pancake. I’m in the mood for something that I’m in the mood for. But I need help figuring out what that is. Do you know the feeling?

Life can be spicy. Or sweet. For me, I add a touch of maple syrup wherever I go.  But even though I love pancakes like Sheriff Brickle loves himself, sometimes I even need a change.

But sometimes I feel hungry in life for something and I don’t know what that something is. Have you ever felt that way?  You don’t know if what you are missing in life is a person, a puppy or a burrito.

So today, I decided to pick a burrito. Except, when you are a puppy and every dog is a puppy, you pick a pupparito.

Girl Person is a good cook. This you know for a fact.  It’s not everyone that can cook for their dog, but everyone should.  And when I told her that I wanted a pupparito, she knew just what to do.  And she did.

In my humble but sweet opinion, life is pretty much like a burrito.  There are a lot of good things you can put in it.  And everyone had their favorite ingredients.

Maybe you are vegan like the persons, so you pick lots of vegetables.  Maybe you are like me and Brickle and you like chicken or fish or maybe you want a steak burrito.  You can add rice or potatoes, oh, the possibilities are endless.

Life is like that.  We just have to decide what we want, put it together, and cook that stuff up! We learn from our history and make something out of what we been through. That part of life is delicious.

There comes a day or a year or many years that we just don’t feel like something is missing…but we know.  We have to be honest with ourselves.  We have to be honest with what we are hungry for.  Then, it is up to us to make that happen.
