Are You Strong Enough To Be My Man?

This is Sheriff Peanut Butter Brickle.  And it’s been an exciting and hectic few days here in Vermont.  We had a ruff start.  But it hasn’t dampened our spirits to enjoy this Vermont place.  We had to rest yesterday at camp, but we needed it. Girl Person said that I don’t have to worry.  And I needed to take a break.  But I know that I have a job.  I am a Sheriff.  I will always worry.  It is what I do.  And I enjoy it actually.  I worry about worrying too much though.

Boy Person has been feeling bad.  Headaches and then he fell off of his bike getting groceries as we told you about yesterday.  So I knew that it was my time to step up and be the man around here for a bit.  I literally and honestly am always the man, but that will be our secret.  Girl Person kept singing me a song all day and now it is stuck in my head.  And the answer is yes, yes, Girl Person, I am strong enough to be your man.

Girl Person says she can’t listen to this long very long because she will swoon too much over my handsome and how strong I am.  Well, she didn’t actually say that, but I know what she is thinking.  I can step up to the plate to be a man around here, especially if that plate has peanut butter cookies on it.

So Vermont? We are rested up and ready to explore! Today we are headed to the Springfield Humane Society as our Vermont paw-picked rescue and then it’s all fun and Vermont stuff tomorrow! So let’s do this!  I’ll be your man!
