This is Deputy Digby Pancake. And I have just had a newsflash. I picked up the newsflash with this antenna tail I have. It’s hard being a tourist. Especially when you are a dog.
You know, in that Florida place, we knew all the sights and smells and even all the monsters. The snake monsters, the alligator monsters, the mosquito monsters. But now, since we are going to a different state place every week, we are utterly confused. And tired. And yes, it is fun, don’t get me wrong. But when you are law enforcement, you can’t let others know you don’t know what you are doing. I mean, can you imagine? That is why Sheriff Brickle says it is better to arrest everyone for everything just in case he misses something in these places.
Which leads me to another point. If we have been in your state, and you didn’t see us, you missed out on being arrested. And you are arrested for not being arrested. Yesterday, I wanted to arrest the heat in this Virginia place. I also wanted to arrest the quarter size yellow flies and mosquitos that tried to take us down. It may be hard being a tourist, but we will get the hang of this….or we are going to have to arrest ourselves.

Just ran into these dogs’ human lady doing laundry in Pocahontas State Park. Didn’t get to meet the pups, she said they had a morning hike around the lake and are now resting inside, out of the heat, back at the campsite. Wish them safe travels, what a fun adventure!
Oh Deputy Digby even the best law enforcement people get scared once in a while. You and Sheriff Brickle go out there and arrest all those Virginia critters and bugs and the heat if you want. You have a great time on your trip. You are brave to go on this trip of a life time. It truly will get better. You are sweet boys.

You must arrest all of the bugs in this Virginia place!! Keep using the bug spray or lotion”.Watch that sun wear your sun screen and stay hydrated. Get into shade when you can . It will be hot again today. Have fun!!!
